I would like to be able to save it as avi though. I figure it may cost in licensing though.

You can save it as an .avi file through the film viewer.

Im confused; is this a -1 due to the dev time it would divert to the idea (only HTC have that right to decide), or the idea itself?

Some people who dont like naming a film after every sortie (I find this process remarkably annoying over time), would checkmark the option; while the rest will enjoy the status quo... World doesn't change.

Im confuzzled  :headscratch:

the file creation date is the timestamp.

Arena-Terrain.ahf might be useful though.

tbh I'd rather the film viewer actually let you watch films without crashing every time. :bhead

1) Checkmark Auto-filming of sorties
2) Checkmark Auto-titleing of films
3) Start Mission
4) Finish mission, no asking for name of video.
5) Video is automatically named 0100/24/05/2012 (or something similar, maybe timestamp of sortie start).

Dun...

yes and the type stamp can already seen in the folder.  not sure why you ask for this.  never mind I just noticed who the op was.

Wonder if it would be possible for the game to at least stamp the plane name on the film?
