i don't see "money pit" on the hull yet. :neener:

LMAO!  I know...  I'm trying to think of a clever WW2 Fighter themed name though.  Money pit is a bit too obvious.   :D

Yep. It was a POS and constantly in the shop. The routine was go to the lake, go to the boat shop, empty wallet, repeat. I sold it after 2 years and it was the best day I had while I owned it.

Wow...  200hp in a 28 footer is way underpowered.  No wonder it had so many issues.  That's like strapping a chihuahua to a dog sled.

New gelcoat in pt109 grey?  Yikes!

Maybe I'll just go with something like money pit...

EDIT:  Just thought of this one...  "Water Landing"  That's going in the possible list.  :rofl

It really had trouble pulling skiers out of the water, but somehow it was excellent at pulling money out of my wallet.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

The 454 in the VIP Vindicator (24') would suck gas if you ran at 75 mph. It was 390 hp FI through a bravo 1. Liked the silent choice on it.

The two happiest days in a boat owners life:

1. When he buys his boat.
2. When he sells his boat.

Lol, I can see how there would be some accuracy to that for some folks.

Yeah, I love VIP and Baja boats.  Maybe in a couple more years I'll be in a position to get something like that.
