/Salute to All My Brothers
« on: May 28, 2012, 07:54:01 AM »
saw this poster, and had to share it.  Happy Memorial day; I'm glad we're here to share the holiday with out loved ones, and I'll never forget the fallen, both in my battles, the ones that came before, and those that we are going to need heroes to face in the future...

Absent friends, Brothers and Sisters in Arms. Thank you for what you sacrificed. May we truly be worthy of it. Rest in Honored Peace.  :pray

I never go to cookouts or party it up on this day.  It is very special to me.  I send my kids off to relatives and stay home alone & reflect.  At the end of the day I have one beer for my fallen brothers.  This is just my own personal tradition.  I hope the rest of you have a great, fun & safe day with your family & friends.  Just take a moment to remind them & teach your children what this day is truly about.  I ask that favor from you all.  :salute
