According to Yeager's biography, during his test pilot days they had a fair share of casualties. When someone augered in, the rest of the test pilots just dismissed him as a "dumb bastard" and that was that.
When one of our vitual comrades goes down in flames and gets banned, we also dismiss him as a "dumb bastard" and move on.
I guess pilots think alike, whether they're virtual or not.
