I like the idea, the thought had crossed my mind before even, not sure if I made a post about it or not think I might have, but it would be fun to do and just limit some of what you can do to streamline the whole thing a little and I don't see why it would be to hard to implement once all the initial work was complete in setting it up. People like these kinds of thing in games now just look at the console games and how they have implemented this "Personalization" stuff to different games in that area. +1 for the thought hope it may someday see the desktop of HTC.

that console dweeb "personalizing" only works if you don't have to render more than 100 different skins at one time...
