Those crazy sheep
« on: February 25, 2000, 03:30:00 AM »
I've noticed recently that sheep are somehow attracted to my planes when they are on the ground.    Enclosed is evidence:

And ...

I really like the shot of the sheep climbing into my c47.

edit: I reduced the size of the files, they were WAY too big.

Admit it, ewe are just jealous!

(At least camel was impressed with my sheparding skills.   )

Notice those sheep survived a direct hit by a 100lber.

I reduced the size of the image files.  They were almost 250K in size originally.

On a more serious note, why do the sheep appear inside, on top of, and all over my planes?  Is it a small (funny) graphics bug?

Bloom-

Not to spread rumours about upcoming versions, but I believe that I heard HT and Pyro discussing the sheep infantry model over channel one.  Appearently, it is easier to simply use the sheep art for ground troop models, so they will serve as infantry in the future.  If you look closely at the pictures, you'll see that they are carrying carbines, and are calling for your surrender.

I'm not completely certain, but I also note that two of the sheep in the second photo have top-mounted .50 cals.

You may be right Heckel.    (Notice how well trained they are; they all face the same direction.   )
