weird, mine said not enough space right after I formatted it.....?   :headscratch:

Not enough space for what?

There are three possible scenarios as far as I can see it:

1) You've hit a firmware bug which kills your SSD leaving it with 5 megabytes of free space. Those were common in early batch of Sandfire drives. In that case RMA your drive asap.
2) You've bought the drive from China and it's actually an empty shell with a 2Gb USB drive embedded in it (yes this can happen).
3) You've tried to restore an image to the drive that's larger than the actual capacity

did you make an image of your old C:? I had this issue when I first got my SSD, and had to reduce my page file for my memory to make it fit. Once I did a clean re-install of 7 I had a load more room.

1. Old HD image was too big.
2. Locally manufactured here in Boise/Meridian Idaho "Crucial" 120Gig SSD.
3. New image...formatted & started over, would not take entire Win 7...?

1) Size? 60GB will snug, but you should be able to squeeze 7 on it, 120GB no issue.
2)Size of image? If the image is larger then the actual physical size of the drive (1TB is actually something like 981 gigs) then obviously Image wont fit.

Win7 takes only about 4 gigs of space on initial installation. If that won't fit your drive there's something seriously wrong. Start over again, this time erase all partitions on the SSD before formatting it again in Win7 setup.

Yep that isn't a bad deal at all. Might consider picking up at least one of those for my other two desktops in the house as well.

It finally loaded right...no idea why it wouldn't before. I just reformatted, saved all the key files I wanted on it & added the later. One question...any way to link "Pictures" or "Videos" in the SSD to the 2 TB HD matching files, so I don't have to look for it every time & the PC will know where to save stuff?

Open your profile (the folder in upper right of Start menu having your name), right click "Pictures" and other folders one at a time, choose Properties > Location Tab > Move, select a Destination (create new folders to our 2TB disk) and follow the prompts. Simple and safe.

You also might like to change the location of your temporary folders to prevent unnecessary usage of your new SSD. Instructions and warnings e.g. here.
