He reminds me of a lot of folks I worked with and a lot of the situations I ran across while I was in the USAF.
And why I got out.
I came to work and learn airplanes ..
..I learned from the best at how to be a Leader.
People that mattered said I was very good at it.
It wasn't so much that I could not stand the BS,
..it was being in a position where I had to support it and sell it to my troops.
I finally said 'No thx .. I am done.'
It was my honor and a priveledge.
