 Guys, the simple way to stop the spawn camping going on is for Hi Tech to show enemy Icon's as well as friendly! I have never understood the reasoning behind not showing enemy GV Icon's. Can someone enlighten me please?

Because icons make GVs easy to see, and part of the fun of GVing is trying to use concealment against your opponents.

With respect to spawn camping, spawn camping as such is not a big deal IMHO.  What can be annoying is horde spawn camping (10 guys against 2), but that is more of a horde issue than a camping issue.  One way to look at spawn camping in general is that it is a form of ambush.  In the real world, one sets up an ambush at a choke point, where one anticipates that the enemy will pass.  The spawn point can be viewed as such a choke point.

If HTC considers spawn camping to be a major issue (which they don't apparently), I made a suggestion on how to make spawning slightly more "realistic", in this thread: http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,334323.0.html

commenting on the air to ground, ground to air ident.

I find it very one sided at this point. The GVers whined enough to have the air to ground play swayed heavily to their favor with the new settings. Aircraft not being able to see their icon until D600 unless the gv is moving then its D1000. The argument was made that flying 300knts at 3k(or 5k cant remember which) aircraft would not be able to see ground vehicles(WRONG, you can see them very well from my C130 window from 3k and 300knts, but hey). My argument is that those ground vehicles couldn't tell it they were friendly aircraft or not flying at that rate. So I propose changing the icon distance for friend foe to match the aircrafts restriction of the same.. Since the argument was for "fair" play.

Also need to address the whole camping aspect of the game. This needs to be updated so that real gvers with talent will land the kills and the ones that have no skill other than being able to find a hidey hole and pop enemy gv's before they have a chance to do anything. This is the best example of "Gaming the game" that is out there.

Strange post.  Since you are apparently not a "GVer", why do you care about spawn camping???
