Its not a whine, it is a request for a fix to a now persistent problem since the update. As a service provider I am sure Hitech is doing his best to get it fixed just from a customer service perspective. It is frustrating to pay for something and have it not work when you are ready to use it. I do wonder what happened though just from a academic curiosity standpoint. Whoever sent the scotch may have been better sending it after this is fixed - I am sure Hitech is thinkin' "man I need to work on this but that bottle is awful tasty lookin'" 

So stow your "whiner" bashin' men and let folks grouse. They will get it fixed. Bear in mind this is after I sat at my desk grousing last night after one of the crashes and then I went and finished a book  titled Black Sheep One.

Ok we found what was taking the host down.

One user had a country number out of range instead of 0 1 or 2. Not sure how his entry got corrupted , tracing that issue down. But if he logged into late war the arena would crash.
