Name That Tune - Help Please

Very hard to find the name of a piece of classical music sometimes. No lyrics and Soundhound completely failed me. Anyone know the title and composer, only a 16 second clip & I'm afraid poor quality:-

Please don't reply to this thread Shida is emotionally drained after going to Greece on holiday.
