This is what it looks like when trying to populate missions for me.
Note that it says Coogan is not ready for the mission.  I thought I was... :headscratch:

That is my British vs Germany mission.  It uses the Tagma terrain.

I get an error message when trying to download the mission's .res file in a custom arena.  I too could not populate it.  Could you send me the .mis to look at?  You can do it via PM if it makes you more comfortable.  It's your mission, so of course I won't mess with it.  There are just some things that I am not able to check out unless I can open it up in the M.E.   :salute

Edit: Nevermind, got it out of your sig link.
