maybe I'm missing something here...that was 22 minutes of vague generalities to point out that intelligence is important. Intelligence is serious and important- we know that. A 22 minute video opened by a grieving mother whose son made the ultimate honorable sacrifice to freedom isn't necessary to explain that concept. Since her son lost his life in combat back in 2006, I'm guessing that she's on this video to help explain that he died as a result of an intelligence leak in or before 2006...
Maybe we should break down this super secret mission to see what all secret hub bub is about...
A bunch of guys board a helicopter at night, land in someone's yard, raid a house and kill a fugitive that's been on this country's target list for over 10 years and then talking about the successful mission 1 week after it was completed. okay. Wait, why the frick is that a breach of security?
Maybe we need to dig a bit deeper...
Was it the talk about the new helicopters? No, the high brass approved the open discussion of those. Is it because the mission took place at night? I realize that a night mission is out of the question for any military action, but I'm gonna give a no diggity on that one. Was it because they mention Seal Team 6? Well, who doesn't know that the Navy has an elite group of warriors called the Seals? (let's not forget that the world has seen a couple cool movies about the Seals where Hollywood had access to former and active duty Seals to consult on set) None of the names of team 6 were discussed by the admin, and considering that none of us could guess if Seal Team 6 is in fact their real team name

and oh yeah, let's not forget that a name like Seal Team Six reveals exactly what about their tactics? I'm sure the press conference about the raid blew the Seal's cover, because before that press conference... Al Qaeda leaders thought that the Seals were only a special group of performers at Sea World...Saturday matinee only. Way to expose the Seals guys... Our Seals have been breached... We weren't able to
Seal that secret for too long... There's no stopping once you break the
Seal... No diggity. (I'm not even sure what diggity means, it just seems to fit very well here)
