Cricket...SA series
« on: August 20, 2012, 12:33:10 PM »
oday...OH My LORD

what a match..

I`ve been enjoying the test, sunshine & hot,  Decorating my house, radio 5 on , its been bliss

what listening to cricket is all about, but today was so exciting, i could not get any work done this afternoon..

we had a wafer thin chance of winning and  could hardly dare it was possible but the cricket was amazing..

we did not get it but i was just staring at the radio, shouting for joy at boundaries, no balls etc..it was epic

it would have been out of this world to win...But hats off to the South Africans they deserved it

but our loyal courageous boys that came out fighting I salute you..bulldog spirit and amazing guts

Lower order Batsmen, legends!...thank you for a very entertaining day !

Being an American, I have no practical experience with the game of Cricket.

However, every time someone mentions Cricket, I cannot stop myself from replaying the following scene in my mind...   :D
