Gun Safety

I would like a Gun Safety to be implemented. A simple button to toggle safe and fire for all weapons for when in areas of non combat, to prevent accidental friendly fire and ammo wasting. :aok

Actually, been wished for before. Specifically on bombers with big external bombs, like centerline Stuka. B5N comes to mind. No forward guns on her, so you can't have guns selected. Any accidental bump/click and your torp is gone.

I don't know if it should be standard, but some keyboard toggle would be nice as long as it was something always OFF by default. Though, it WOULD add to the list of excuses for lost fights.... "My safety was on! Otherwise you'd have been toast!"

yeap! thats all I mean is a simple programmable toggle button. I tend to leave my finger on the trigger throughout my entire flights because there is simply no other comfortable way to hold the joystick and fly!

Do you see it as just one switch, all guns hot or cold? Or by trigger, firing circuit?  a switch for each weapon, primary or secondary?

btw there are different ways to replicate this functionality already using AH modes, joystick software etc.
