Some idiot gets run over trying to pull off Bigfoot stunt

Dummy got killed. He bought a ghillie suit in a store, wanted people to call in Bigfoot sightings.
It continues to prove that stupid people die doing stupid things. And booze enhances it in some.
Now his family is left to grieve due to his lack of sense or judgement.
I feel bad for the family.

Ok read that link and yes you can get a license at 15.... even earlier....

Age and Permits

Teenagers may get a Learner’s License from a driver exam station if they meet all of the following criteria:
