desperate people....
« on: August 28, 2012, 10:54:30 AM »
Someone rifled through my house, didn't steal anything, kicked my dog when he probably startled them. My dog was so sore he couldn't jump up on the couch. Can't find anything missing...Butchie the Mini Schnauzer sounds ferocious, but he's pretty timid when confronted, must have scared them off the way he barks. He startles me when I come home early & surprise him. been a lot of would be intruders shot in Idaho lately. He's lucky my wife wasn't home alone.  :D

lol sorry to hear about your house but this reminds me of that Dane Cook bit about  kicking in someones door then not rtaking anything so the home owner wonders what it was that you stole, and having it bother thenm that they couldnt figure it out.

Or it could be "them" bugging your house.

Reminds me of My house being robbed in 07'. The valuables in our bedroom were gone but the laptop sitting on the table by the dog was not touched. I do believe they held the dog at bay with the backscratcher that was missing also.

It's not the stuff but the violation of your home that stinks. Hope your pooch is OK.

Once it happens, makes you feel violated & you understand why people shoot intruders before asking questions...not sure I could shoot some scared kid staring down my barrel, but I doubt he'd come back after changing his pants.  :ahand

Are you going to have an alarm installed or at least post signs
that you have one.

If guns aren't your thing I suggest one of these "safe bedside tables"

If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

They make nice shotgun safes that mount to any bed frame.

Hope your dog recovers :old:

For breaking into your house they should birched in public.

For kicking your dog they should be birched alot.

This is scary stuff. I'm glad you got nothing taken and everyone is okay. I'd like to put the tough guy that kicked your dog in a room with my German Shepherd for 15 minutes.  :salute

I see your German Shepherd and raise you two killer pit bulls. Just heard on the news a pair got into some guy's yard and killed his black lab.

I hate and detest burglars, as far as I m concerned it's akin to mental rape, and the perpetrator, following said birching, should be locked in a cell with a randy bull queer for a month with no vaseline.
