I tried, but the base to take off from had only had vehicles enabled. MAtter fact, all bases I tried were limited like that, at least on my FE.

Couldnt select a fighter, couldn't fly. Oh well, hope that bug is fixed.

I made it in time for the first half to man an M16 and irritate Lupo, Kirin, Udie, and Wibuz with my "dots! 20k Norwest of 18!!"

So they packed me in a Zeke next flight and I had fun

Got 1/2 a B-26 but he also gave wounded me. Tried to ditch but blacked out and hit a hill.

Glad I was able to make one for a while finally!

That was no BUG creamo if you came in during the frame.

We have the Fields eneabled at frame start, then they get disabled. 1 Hour into the frame we enable the fields again for re-upping. So if you died you can take off again or if you lived you can land and grab a differnt A/C. This Re-up window is about 5 mins, after that the fields are being closed again.

So if you walk on in DURING the frame, just contact the CM (usually the one guy being in the third - not used country

) and tell him you want to participate, if it's still early on he'll enable a field and plane and you can go up right away, if you're close to the re-up window he might tell you towait a few mins and take off with the second wave.

Oh, well I did sign on 11 after the hour, and was told to change countries to even out the field for the 40/60.

It was another 10 minutes before any launch was given.

Kinda strict Id say, but there was 146 people in the MA to go fight anyways.

It was great.

The only problem was the 45 minute wait after disco in the first hour.
I guess that qualifies as a mechanical abort?

The second hour all went well for me until someone shot me down over A7.
I guess that qualifies as a bummer.

In any Case guys If there#s some problem do not hesitate to Contact the CM on private !!

Discos -> Give the CM a Holer and you can Re-UP immediately!

If you got trouble getting off from the start on there might be something askew with the field settings that might need some fix'in

cc that ! My ISP "refreshes" us every 12 hours or so (when we get a new IP). They usualy wait untill I am flying in an event...

Happened of course last night

Hey Saint, have you tried manually refreshing your IP before you fly?

From the Start menu, choose Run. In the text field, type "winipcfg" without the quotes and hit enter. When the app comes up, toggle the advanced button. You should have your dial-up (PPP) or network adapter selected in the drop-down box at the top, whichever one you use to connect to the net. Once it is selected, press the "release" and then "renew" button. This should get you a renewed lease for your IP address and setup. If you are lucky, this will prevent your ISP from forcing you to renew in the middle of a game.
