getting 200 perks for dropping 1 package of supplies at a fully destroyed factory indicates a large balance problem with the perks gained from low risk easy completion resupply sorties.
this will only get worse with the strat factories actually being hit by bombers with the strat changes.
a resupply mission should yield at most 1-5 perks tops regardless of number of objects supplied.
