I have not played for a week and when I do Ionly get about 60% of the view on my screen which was fine before. In other words I am only seeing just over half of what I used to as thoght somehow zoomed in
.
I have tried the z key it just zooms me in further

Check you aspect ratio setting. Make sure it's set to auto, unless you use a specific setting.
Coogan
Edit: That setting may be called field of view, not aspect ratio.

Yarbles,
Coogan may have hit the nail on the head but also, take a look at your resolution in the video settings menu from the AH splash screen. A lower resolution will seem to press your nose
to the windscreen also. You can experiment with different resolutions and field of view. Be aware that these settings may appear to give you stretched and fisheye view effects.
Hope this works out for you Yarbles.
