You missed the boat, I stopped playing about a month ago.

Kind of ran out of things to do and from what I understand the hacking problems are really bad at the moment so I think I quit at the right time.

check out some of my dayz vids on youtube ;D  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxZT3uL4g1I  all under the TW DayZ heading
Did you see my dad on dogfights yet?
I'll be seeing you face to face possibly next month.

I mix DnB, have done for 13 years. Even though there is alot of comercial BS in it now there are still some producers throwing out some great tunes.
Still can't beat some of the oldest and greatest from decades ago imo...

Goldie inner city life

Goldie temper temper

LTJ Bukem

Zinc Casino Royale

BC planet dust

sme of the newer stuff like you posted, coombz, I also like alot

i respectfully submit that none of the tracks i posted are particularly new :old:

They are all roughly of the same era as Casino Royale (now that one brings back some memories) or older

Bat do you attend / mix at any of the dnb nights around the shire?

you're right, I first posted the bukem and goldie stuff then added the more recent bottom two as an edit. I only meant to distinguish between the jungle/oldschool style and the newer (well, late 90s) jump up. I have not been raving for probably 5 years at least, the last time I went I ended up in uxbridge (a placew i certainly do not live) with no money and nothing but a bottle of lemon fanta after attending the Fridge and then the after party at the Office. At least I made it out of brixton. I never persued it as a career I loved mixing too much to make it my job. I played alt of back alley house parties from 2000-2005 and the odd cash function. If you want a me to spin at a party now  I definitely still got it even if my tunes are a bit outdated :D

I much prefer that outdated stuff myself :>   Could never get into all that dark techy stuff that is so popular these days

Yeah man, I'm with you completely on that. Did you ever rave in London? My best childhood memories of music came from Fabric Live during the True Playaz era. They kind of sold out in the end but they were amazing back then, although it could have had something to do with the beans. Sorry Micky, total hijack here

hype

Never forget this one time when we crawled out of fabric at 06.00 and into this little corner cafe run by 3 Brazillian women, just for us it seemed. Some little scally tried to nick a bag of cheese and onion crisps and as he bolted out the door this little short white guy with a record box came through and stopped him, made him give the crisps back and then sat calmly drinking his tea while the kid was shouting through the window that he would come back and stab him etc etc.. That was the closest I ever got to metting Zinc, what a legend!

PC only. It's a hardcore sim, too many buttons to fit on a console.

the game is concentrated on combat, not on shaking the screen.

thats what i thought.  I tend to buy big games like this on console since my pc has so much trouble running them.
