Very lucky lady.  I'm a believer of tired experienced drivers being far more dangerous than drunk experienced, why only one is illegal idk.

Not too long ago in UK, a guy was convicted of dangerous driving for being recklessly tired and crashing onto a rail line, derailing the train and killing several passengers. Believe the dribbling idiot, who had been chatting with his squeeze all night got 10 years in pokey
