LOL kiddo. Google is an American company and they wouldn't listen to anything else except NSA directives. As Area51 shows, even the most top secret places can be viewed publicly as nothing whatsoever can be gained from the outlines of runways or buildings. You are, however, strictly restricted from approaching the area not to mention photographing activity there at close distance.

You need to think a little before you type :)

Therefore, it is a stupid law that makes no sense if you can just view the base on the Internet. A little early for the personal insult eh groggy old man?

Google maps does not provide realtime and groundlevel detailed shots of activities if you didn't notice. Handheld photography reveals daily schedules, units in action, plane markings, ordinance at takeoffs etc.

There are, in fact, blanked out spaces of Google Earth, and not all of them are in the United States.
