My question would be, why, if you knew a guy was going to up and bail each time he saw you, would you continually go there and take those kills? I think that is what Mak333 is also saying. Are you so bored that you are willing to spend your time doing that? Do you care so much about your score that you are willing to do that. Yes, I think it is silly at best for some one to bail all the time like that, but it is just as silly for anyone to seek him out to get those kills.
I would simply fly somewhere else, to another area to make sure I did not participate in it. You must be pretty close to get proxie kills so it would be a poor excuse to say it wasn't your fault that you kept getting the proxie kills.
Unless you can convince yourself that you can balance on a razors edge, everything you choose to do either makes this wonderful game better or it makes it worse. In my opinion this activity makes it worse. Both the bailer and the proxie kill seeker should take a hard look at themselves, realize they are making choices that affect the game and then act appropriately.
It is sad, and dissappointing that we, the players, make poor choices like these and then justify them with poor excuses.
This is such a wonderful game we are priviledged to have, let us all endeavor to play it, not 'work" it.
