Attendance for September

Here are the attendance numbers for the first two frames of the September FSO.  I will post again, with all the September totals, after Frame Three.  Please help the C-in-C's to plan by fielding enough pilots to fulfill your enrollment.  Per the FSO rules, "Each squadron is expected to stay within their selected range for that event with an adjustment of 2 under or 2 over."

CO's, please review your attendance after the September event is over.  The AH Event site will re-open between the September and October events so you can adjust your numbers, if needed.

Just to reiterate; FSO squads agree to certain attendance parameters guys. Please show up with your commitment levels. If you need to adjust the #s (which you can) then do so. Thank you.

I float around the FSO as a scab ussually axis but if allies need a bit more help I'd be happy to scab in for low number squads. might be able to get a muppet or two to join the scabbing with me once in a while too.

Thanks very much for your offer, and your generosity, truly.  I know you to be an honorable player who abides by both the letter and the spirit of the FSO rules.   

But having regular "walk-ons" just opens a can of worms that is best left sealed.  Here is a link to the page that spells out the reasoning:

I think you misunderstood my meaning. I setup my arrangements with the squad CO before the event. I have flown FSO's a long time and almost exclusively with one squad. I recently returned to AH a few months ago and began flying with the same FSO squad I flew with years ago but lately they have been overstaffed and because I am not able to attend as regularly as I like I seem to not get to fly at all with them.

That would be great, Fester.  Right now our numbers are low compared to our commitment level so we should be able to take a few easily.

This is correct.  The few times Fester has joined the 11th, I knew well in advance to expect him.  Sadly...with the end of summer, our regulars are back and as shown above, JG11 is at the max most weeks now, (sorry for 1 over frame 2) so I have had to turn down Fester and others looking for a spot.  Seriously looking at upping our level for October as well.  Any Squads low on numbers should contact Fester.  I have only had good experiences with him and the other Muppets who have joined in to date.

What caused my squad to cancel FSO and walk away, I will probably be a ringer if anyone needs an extra pilot to fill the gaps.
