Lost my Sounds Folder

When i go into my C drive, and under Aces High, i am unable to see my sounds folder, but yet in game i can still hear them  :headscratch: , this just happened to me as of yesterday.
-Although i will get a message that reads something along the lines of unable to open settings plane.pwl i believe  :(

There is no Sounds folder by default. The original sounds are coded into the game itself, how, that's HiTech's secret. The Sounds folder is needed when you add sounds, either a soundpack or only the login background music.

Sort of.  All the default sounds are in the "sounds.res" file, which is in the root folder where the game is installed.  Custom sounds are placed in the "sounds" folder and if they exist, they override the default sounds.
