According to this, the manned guns, 88's and 17 pounders are all in the water.

Nevermind. post wasn't specific enough and I confused the clipboard map with hanger screen for selecting guns.
Another example of where more and specific information is nice to have when reporting bugs.

Nothing was said about a clipboard map, so don't know why you were confused about that.
As far as my post not being clear enough,  how far does one need to break it down for you?
There is a description of the bug and even a pretty little picture further depicting the bug.
