intel i5-3570k
128gb ssd plus a mechanical drive for data
if the 560 is a ti model, either gpu would be good, 7850 2gb model would get you a bit more eye candy...overall performance is close.

Unless your going to do alot of overeclocking I would get air cooled.
128 GB I don't think will be enough storage alone. I would go with the HD. A SSD can always be added later.
560 and 7850 are about equal. 560 ti is a bit better then a 7850, or was last I researched last winter.
3570k will be faster then the 6100.

I would talk to tilldeath and compare with cyberpower. Compare warranty, repair, check about written warranty etc. ( I am just throwing this in here)

Last but not least, If you are mechanically inclined at all and have some patience. Buy the parts and build it yourself. A computer is not hard to assemble.
Downside of building yourself, no written warranty other then for parts. It breaks you troubleshoot and fix.

What gyrene said.

i5 3570 (it eats the AMD CPUs alive)
Radeon 7850 (a better GPU, by about 25-30%, also the difference is just going to be even bigger in the future)
Air cooling (liquid isnt necessery, a good air cooling can keep your CPU cool in any conditions, also a LOT cheaper)
SSD and HDD, OS on the fast one, the data (films, music, etc) on the big hard drive.

My mistake its the 6850 and the 560 are about equal. I'm sure the 7850 is better then the older 560.

TD is a computer builder and runs a bussiness. Many people here like his computers and service. Heres the link, its up to you what you do with it.
http://www.tdcomputersystems.com/

Skuzzy be the one to ask about CPU and GPU. From what I have read I would almost say CPU.

Yes, I agree you can save alot more by buying a AMD chip. I ran AMD for years and still do in another computer.. I ran Intel before that. I changed to Intel, because I figured the change was best for my use. I suggest you do some research. Read some reviews, look at charts, and investigate some more.

Is there any local computer builders in your area? There could be some more information.

IMHO, the AMD 6800 series video cards are obsolete, and were never much better than the 5800 series.  Check out the 7870 - it's nearly as fast as the 7950.

When it comes to hardware, you pretty much get what you pay for.  Some of the components CyberpowerPC offers are cheap junk, IMHO.
