Put a no refund policy in the terms of use and make people agree to it. Most probably will anyway.

There is already a no refund policy in the Terms of Service and you already agreed to it (by using the software). 

Here is something else in the TOS, Section I, sub-section 7: "Usage of certain special features or premium services may be subject to additional charges."

I am against this because I do not not want to see more perk rides being flown in the MA. Generally most people flying a perk ride avoid any sort of risk, they just pick and run which is boring for everyone involved IMO.
