Could you elaborate as to why?

The first thing that springs to mind for me is, I fly buffs very infrequently, and when I do, it's generally in FSO.  About half the time FSO requires manual calibration.  I much prefer to run a buff run or two in the MA for fun and to practice, than to have to go to the TA and specifically practice.

Just MHO that it would be useful. +1

If you think you are having a 1v1 in the Main Arena, your SA has failed you.

you want to make bombing console gamey?  :headscratch:  what would the option besides manual be, automatic?

"automatic" is what we already have. He's asking for the manual calibration to be available in the MA if the player wants it.

:D  sorry man, had to give you a ration because you didn't mention anything about calibrating.  :neener:
ya i've tried bombing in the main arenas and i sucked at it, even with noob calibration mode. what i found interesting was manual calibration is more accurate, at least to me it was.

No worries I deserved the ration you gave for not putting my thought out in a cohesive and clear manner.
Pfft with manual I'm not sure I saw MY bombs if they were mine in FSO then some farmer is either po'd I destroyed his crop or happy I tilled his field. It was fun tho having to start calibration fight someone off and restart the process in a crunch pretty challenging, and showed me that I really need to get the process down.

+1  It is more fun to practice in the MAs anyway.
The real problem is anyone should feel like they can come to this forum and make a wish without being treated in a derogatory manner.  The only discussion should be centered around whether it would work, or how it would work and so on always in a respectful manner.
