Each CV group should be equipped with automatically spawning LVTs with troops once the CV has reached the mininum distance from the shoreline base.  LVT's will head directly to the maproom to unleash the infantry to capture the maproom.  15 LVT's total spawning at the same time and re-spawning individually after it has been destroyed.

Then Ht would make it to where it would take 150 troops to capture the base, really want that? :salute

Its not a terrible idea but maybe not so many troops maybe somthing a little more manageable to the opposing team like 5 LVT's or 3 somthing thats not hugely overwhelming. Otherwise all the focus would just be on the CV's and getting them to do all the work for us. I think that would detract even more from the concept of team work. A single person could then take a airfield. Hit the strat city to increase dowtime for town, go bomb town recieve hour downtime, move CV in close, deack field and its yours lol in theory of course. I think its hard enough as it is to get people to work together as a team at least on the Knights side its kind of hit or miss depepnding on who is on.

Why do we need more AI things in the game? You might as well get a box game and play that. I can't see any reason that this would be a good idea.

The reason people have a hard time getting other to help is 1, some people couldn't care less about the win the war aspect of the game. Some are into GVin, some are into just flying fighters. Personally I think if missions were run with more options than "grab a heavy cannon bird and run NOE to blah, blah base and flatten it!" more people may come back to mission. I think too many are just bored with those types of missions. 2, people don't know HOW to play. too many have spent most of their time on line following some "super general" on NOE after NOE and never have learned to do anything else. Given a more complex mission they bail because they can't handle it.

Adding AI isn't going to help get missions done, training players and opening their eyes to all of the opportunities in the game in stead of the same old thing could.

Why do you guys work so hard at ideas to reduce the game work load while shortening your exposure time spent in actual combat to achive an objective?

Just ask Hitech for a boxed version of the game with a god mode, unlimited fuel and ammo, active aimbots, and be done with it. And that would pretty much kill the online game but, make you the hottest player in your game PC at home.

Bet you guys would all pony up $5.95 a pop for an aimbot, or a 5 second invisibility addon, a Wonder Woman cockpit addon, or an insta zero gravity addon.

What would be the point of playing the game then?

So lvt's drop troops b4 town acks down.What if theirs a cv near a base lvts just launch.
