Kickoff is 7PM Eastern, 4PM PST.

United States Roster:

GOALKEEPERS (3): Brad Guzan (Aston Villa/England), Tim Howard (Everton/England), Nick Rimando (Real Salt Lake)

DEFENDERS (7): Carlos Bocanegra (Racing Santander/Spain), Geoff Cameron (Stoke City/England), Steve Cherundolo (Hannover/Germany), Maurice Edu (Stoke City/England), Clarence Goodson (Brondby/Denmark), Fabian Johnson (Hoffenheim/Germany), Michael Parkhurst (Nordsjaelland/Denmark)

MIDFIELDERS (7): Kyle Beckerman (Real Salt Lake), Michael Bradley (Roma/Italy), Joe Corona (Club Tijuana/Mexico), Jermaine Jones (Schalke 04/Germany), Sacha Kljestan (Anderlecht/Belgium), Danny Williams (Hoffenheim/Germany), Graham Zusi (Sporting Kansas City)

FORWARDS (4): Clint Dempsey (Tottenham Hotspur/England), Herculez Gomez (Santos Laguna/Mexico), Alan Gordon (San Jose Earthquakes), Eddie Johnson (Seattle Sounders FC)

Antigua & Barbuda Roster:

DEFENDERS (6): George Dublin (Antigua Barracuda FC), Akeem Thomas (Antigua Barracuda FC), Karanja Mack (Antigua Barracuda FC), Hazel Pyle (Antigua Barracuda FC), Marc Joseph (Kendal Town FC/England), Zaine Francis-Angol (Motherwell FC/Scotland)

FORWARDS (4): Peter Byers (Antigua Barracuda FC), Stefan Smith (Antigua Barracuda FC), Dexter Blackstock (Nottingham Forest/England), Moses Ashikodi (Ebbstfleet United/England)

For the US, it is a must win, and should be easily done since A&B are at the bottom of the group with only 1 point. Guatemala (who the US play on Tuesday) and Jamaica are tied with the US with 7 points. Jamaica plays against Guatemala today, with Jamaica playing A&B on Tuesday.

Notable absences for the United States are Landon Donovan (suffered an injury last weekend in a loss against Real Salt Lake), Jozy Altidore (was not called up to the team), Brek Shea (injury), Edgar Castillo (injury), and Fabian Johnson (flu).

Castillo and Johnson missing means that the US is without a true Left Back, and the position will probably be filled in by captain Carlos Bocanegra.

Good news for the United States: Michael Bradley is back for the US, finally recovering from an injury gained in late August while training with his new club, the Italian side A.S. Roma. Also, Clint Dempsey is now back to match fitness, now that he has being seeing time with his new club Tottenham Hotspur. The World Cup Qualifiers against Jamaica were Dempsey's first matches in 12 weeks, due to transfer period drama involving his old club Fulham F.C.

Antigua cunningly set up their (pretty wide) pitch as narrow as possible, US made them get the tape measure out before the game to make sure it was at least the minimum. Working so far.

91 mins Eddie Johnson header off an Alan Gordon cross. Whew.

So cool for Gordon getting his first cap tonight at age 30 along with the game-winning assist.  Flash!

I love Gordon so much (extremely biased, can't help it he's a Quake)

He was definitely deserving, and proved it, same with EJ, who hadn't been called up in over 2 years.

Just because Gordon (Earlier in the season, in traditional Goonies style): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_cCzrgGJ1-s  And he only has 1/2 as many goals as our main striker Chris Wondolowski (Why he wasn't called up is beyond me)
