When loaded offline bata2 and trinity do not start with even # of fields for each country. I'm fairly certain that trinity gives the south 3 more bases than the others when loaded in the MAs. Does bata2 start the Southern country having V26 (that IMHO should belong to the North) when loaded in the MAs?
And while I'm at it, does this affect the number of bases a country must capture to win? With 90/20/20% required on trinity country 1 and 2 would need 17.4(18) country 3 bases, but only 16.8(17) of the others' bases. Same oddity with bata2 if my assumptions are correct.

Another thing I would like to know is are there any maps that 90/20/20% is not the ownership required to win?

No, when beta2 comes up in the MA, V26 always belongs to the northern country. At least it did until a few days ago
But why AH is assigning that base to the southern country in offline mode as well as custom arena at default settings is a mystery to me

As for Trinity, the starting base ownerships look the same in offline / custom arena  mode as in MA, but the +3 bases in base count for souther country is irritating as well. I haven't noticed that in the MA...

No, because if I'm not totally mistaken it's a global arena setting...
