There was a reply on this subject when i posted it earlyer this year from htc. Basically it said their are 13 maps in rotaion and maybe the player is at fault for being bored with it. That's a read between the lines not a actual quote but its close.

the little ones dont last very long because everyone is in such a rush to reset them.

so you'll usually see a large map. mostly, trinity.
