I like it a lot. It's designed for games like WoW but I don't play them. I did buy it for the buttons though, as well as the quality. I was having a lot of broken mice problems so I decided to save up a while for this, had it a couple years now and the only gripe I have about it is that now the wheel click sometimes has to be pressed a little harder for it to register. I use the side buttons for copy/paste, F5 (browser refresh), and TrackIR pause, and I also have some nice macros for use in game chat.

I have big hands and the thing is very comfortable, and I can see a smaller hand fitting it just as well. It's fairly easy for me to find the side button I need without looking at it. As for the lights, lighting the side buttons heats it up a bit which might make a little uncomfortable for long sessions. I leave them off most of the time but leave the logo on.
