@snail, when did you notic there is a strat raid comming, we had expected some resitanc but there was much more we never hade expected.
only sparky and i killed 13 enemys im not sure how many ccvi and Ltown got.
Died you organice this interception?
Not really organize, but...
I spotted that big darbar of yours while your mission was still over your own mainland in sector 13-14. At that point I very strongly suspected a mission to the bish strats due to the location of your raid, far away from any front line battle. From that moment on I was calling out your raid and took off in a Ta 152H with 100% fuel +DT near our strats. Once I saw that darbar moving across two sectors, I could figure out your vector and general speed. I was very sure then about the possible target and altitude. One sector more covered in short time and I was strongly suspecting that it's being a B-29 raid.
I got a vis of your raid just when you guys entered 11-11-8. From then on I gave constant updates on your mission every 2-3 minutes, as well as recommendations about launching base and vector for interceptors. I guess a lot of players not caring about it did squelch me soon

Only when I estimated that anybody taking off now would have no chance to catch up with your 29s anyway I was starting my own attacks, as I was expecting an early radiator hit and thus losing contact with you while gliding home.
I do this kind of think a lot, but usually I'm being ignored and my fellow countrymen (no matter which side) only take off after the strats are hit - if at all. I think the high number of interceptors engaging you was just bad (or good?) luck.
Interestingly, we were told by veteran players that it would be pointless to go after your raid if it's B-29s. Good thing that not everybody listened to that...
Afterwards I landed with merely 5 minutes of fuel left, having spend almost one hour shadowing and attacking your raid.
