I do not know who the current admins are on the AHEvents.org website, however two things you should know that may help answer a couple of your questions (particularly why Skuzzy has not been of any help).
First is that the website is not a part of (owned, managed or operated by) HiTech Creations. It is a "third party", that HTC is aware of and on occasion endorses/blesses (since scenarios, amongst many other events that the AHEvents-volunteers organise, are awesome!).
Now to point you in the right direction; to get the right people's attention (the AHEvent's volunteers and website admins) regarding your technical trouble with the website, create a post like this one in their forum (
http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/board,15.0.html ) or search within that forum for similar topics/issues. I know it's onyl a temporary password, but please omit your password information and such until you're in direct contact (PM, phone or email) with one of the known CMs there.
Sorry I can't be of any more help to you than that, but good luck.
