I Know, I know.  Gimme a couple weeks to get with SHawk and Chris to finalize things.

Once again it's time for a party in Dayton!
Same Place as the last 3 years. Here's the Info. PM me here with questions.
This is NOT a KOA Campground or Public Facility. This is Private Land. (Check 2009 Gathering page 10 for pics)
It's called Great Miami Adventures.

Located at 1995 Ross Rd. Tipp City, OH 45371
Sits right on the Great Miami River (Yes, he has Canoe's, Rafts ect. available.
He has plenty of room for several RV's and  4-5 50Amp services for those.
Tents can go just about anywhere you wanna set up.
Indoor Shower and Bathroom for those who just can't use a PortaPotty.
Multiple Fire Rings.
We'll have a Giant 150 Foot Water SlipNSlide setup for entertainment.
Swings into the River (he got a big hole dug out under it)
Fishing if you like (Bring your Pole)
I recommend Life Jackets if your playing in the water. (Some will be available)
Plenty of Tables and Chairs under Pole Tents (Bring your own Chairs if you want comfy)
Of Course there are plenty of Hotel/Motels close by for those not into Camping.
Camping will be 10 dollars a head per night.
Saturday Party goers only will be asked to contribute to the Campground ($10 a head is typical)
(Many bring Food, Beer, prizes, ect.)

This years Dates are July 6th - 8th 2011 (First Weekend in July)
This is basically an all weekend party with Airshow and Wright-Patt Air Museum close by.
Main Party is Saturday Night after the Airshow.

Hope all the past attendees will be coming back, you all really make it a true party (You know who you are)

Please respond with at least a simple Yes or No and total members in party so I can get a head count.


One step closer.  I talked to Chris, the campground owner, and had him put us on the calendar for the weekend of June 22-23.  I know it is still 2 months away but I'd like to know who is for sure going at this point and will get an Official post up in a couple weeks.

ok, to simplify the confusion from SWchef, which is still confusing to him, even though I highlighted the problem in question where he was confusing to others, other than himself, the actual posted dates of the "Vectron Dayton Air Show" dates are really, actually, positively set for  June 22-23, 2013.

I and the wife-ack thrower will be camping out......again.

Uh, we plan on being there. It will depend on if the Cruise Ship gets lost, breaks down or sails without a hitch. She wants to go to the Bahama's first about 3 weeks prior to the gathering.
