Change the way resupply works

I would like to see a change in the resupply of towns, bases and stat targets
Suggestion. Stat targets 10 minutes resupply per drop ( reason 3 hour down time on buildings)
                 towns and bases only 5 minutes since they have a much lower rebuild time

Hmm.... I say no.  Reason being is I think the domino effect that HTC currently has works good.  The more the strats are damaged the longer the fields take to repair.  I think the current down times and repairs are balanced well enough.
