Proper Hailing of The Grayclif
« on: January 03, 2013, 01:50:04 PM »
Many of you are asking me what is the proper way to "Hail The Grayclif"?

Glad you asked. Better to get it right the first time, then to look stupid with improper etiquette. Even worse, is not hailing The Grayclif at all, because in the AH community, ignorance with this most sacred duty is not acceptable, and may actually result in being vulched repeatedly Bruv119 fashion, picked Jayro style, or even the dreaded score lowering due to multiple kills against you by His Highness, The Grayclif. I know how some of you obsess over your single digit scores garnered from multiple vulches and picks, but should you like to keep those meaningless scores, just play it safe, and hail The Grayclif.

When The Grayclif announces himself with his usual fanfare proclamation of arrival, "ALL HAIL THE GRAYCLIF" on 200, rooks and knits are expected to reply, "Hail", or the more formal, "Hail Grayclif". If you are lucky enough to be considered a friend by him, you may simply <H> and that will suffice.

If you have any questions please do be hesitant to ask,

Sincerely,

-Grayclif-

What pilot flew under the Grayclif name back in 2002 and achieved all that?  Does he know you are using his callsign now? Is he OK with what you are doing to his reputation?
Who is John Galt?

Vinkman, you may not ask questions of The Grayclif as you are currently on the Duel Decree list.

Once you have been shot down, you may resume asking your questions.

Thank you,

Grayclif

The server would crash if his stars were displayed. As for styrs?....that would be zero.
