Hi im still new and have an ID issue

So I tried changing my ID from TheSpyro to Infinity and I didn't know what was happening and got locked out of the game by quitting? I thought that was what I should do, I haven't played in a while and wanted a new ID to start a fresh. Thanks for any assistance, I get some sort of "session lost" or "host disconnected" error of some kind. If its my fault my bad. I'm gonna try something though.

Their offices should be open soon. You can give them a call at (817) 431 - 8840 and talk to "Rosie" about an account problem. If it turns out the account is ok they can have Skuzzy help you with any login in issues.

Changing your game ID/pilot handle does not have any impact on your LOGIN ID.  Your login ID stays the same, no matter what the game ID is.
