I'd like to change it, but I can't find the file.

As was mentioned before, I looked in /sounds for title0. That is not in my sounds folder, so it's gotta be somewhere. Anyone have any suggestions, or know what the extension is of the file?

If there isn't one, just create one. The default tune may be hidden in the code, but a title0 in the sounds folder will override it. And if there isn't any sounds folder, you guessed it, create it. Alike any correctly named engine sound will override the default for that given plane type.

I've considered using Panzer Lied which I like a lot, but the Luftwaffe March never did it for me.  Lili Marlene has also been considered.
