Guaging Interest... Dueling Bracket Tournament

I was thinking about running the dueling bracket tournament again and want to see how many might be interested.

If you're not familiar just search Bracket Tournament in this forum.

If I do I'm considering the following changes so if you are interested (or not) comments are welcome:

Generally simplified rules.
Removal of the review comittee putting all decision making in my hands to keep the tournament running efficiently.
Double elimination to add more chances to win and more fights for everyone.
Best of five/best of seven vs best of three/best of five (again, more fights for everyone).

There could be more rules changes but those are the biggies I'm considering.

I'll let this run a week then I'll decide and let you know.

I been hoping that you would continue with your Tri-Annual Dueling Bracket, BaldEagl!

I can understand why you would want to simplify some of the previous rules and I also like the idea of "best of 5 / best of 7"

I think though you may want to think hard about the Review Committee... but it would be easier if left to one individual, but having say 3 or 5 gives the view of "unbiased judging" <-- this point only for having the Review commitee...
