Lacking an Arena is a good thing. Instant fights are much better than tooling around looking for fight then having to land or suicide cause your of gas 20 minutes later. Sometimes never having found a fight.

I'm not easily impressed by awesome graphics if the flight model and gameplay sucks.

Yeah but people like you are a minority in the gaming Market.

IE you really don't mater anymore.  WT may be the last big production flight Sim/game we'll see for some time. The market for flight sims is as dead as dinosaurs.

If you don't think WT is a huge threat to HTC you're kinda blind.

I just don't think HTC has the capital to do anything to compete with such a big new title jumping right into is little market.

Oh and I don't hate HTCs they are great, like one of this one building museums that keeps an old locomotive from the 1800s working. Unlike a museum though they don't work on donations, and I see the money running out real soon. Sorry if I made you all  mad and stuff posting about it.

I don't know...For argument's sake..use a playerbase of ~2000 players. $15 a month comes out to $30,000 a month, I'm quite sure they can afford to spend a couple hundred bucks to posts ads all over....Hell, a single ad on a web like SimHQ or Tom's Hardware is probably enough to reel in quite a few people.

Yeah cause in the real world, if you can make lots more money you don't, for some silly reason, your loyal but naive player base buys..
