If I make my point, they will have room to say "that is not the time frame this was in." Then my point will be moot. And I know CM's dont design events in a general fashion. There IS a time frame and before I hold water I have to know what that time frame is. We can all forget about about it and accept my apology or CAP can tell me when this event was supposed to take place and Ill either make my point or apologize for doubting him.

You should apologize for your lack of humility and tact. It wouldnt be an issue if you conduct your questioning of the setup like an adult from the beginning.

I did act like an adult...4 weeks ago before the event. No one would tell me the dates then either. I dont know why it has to be some mystery. Worst case scenario is CAP missed some details. Not like he hasn't done it before HAHA.

perd.....man....I just don't know what to say...these guys put a hell of a lota time into these events.....

are they perfect...no....but they are an absolute blast.....and something they DO NOT have to do....

I just don't understand why you cant accept that....and move on.....and just appreciate the time and effort they put into it.

Just because they do not have to do it does not mean it is beyond reproach.

Your attack then retreat schtick every month is getting pathetic. Stick to your guns and air out your greivences because Im sure most people would  rather just have it out now then have to put up with your whines EVERY frame. Stand and deliver, Sir.

not saying it is above reproach......

not in the slightest....if something is wrong then mention it and start a discussion but don't be condescending......

this is my opinion..... these guys deserve respect for what they do....

Now I'm all confused... I thought condescension was a requirement to post on the boards.

Uh oh, some big words are making an appearance and that can't be good...

Its an AVG 1942 setup. The AVG was operational from Dec 1941-July of 1942. Ok done. Secondly we have the RAF Hurricanes involved so that puts it Jan 42+ onwards. That also jibes with having Ki-43s and Ki-27s on the IJ side. So it's 1-42 to 7-42 inclusive. The first 6 months of 1942. It's Burma cuz the natives said thats where were were when we landed, at least that's what I recall...I do remember jungle, and fire, and a lot of shooting.

Hooray then mystery solved. Is there supposed to be something we all do now? shake hands?, sing? what? somebody help me out here im new to the thread. Is there a problem, were we supposed to fly to the ETO with our A6M2s and P-40s? did somebody spot the Yeti? did Beyonce really lipsink? throw me a bone here boys...

Is it safe to come out now?...sure a lot of fireworks for a basic score thread. Maybe let's all just back away and leave the way we came in hmm?

Anybody have directions to Rome via Mandalay by road? ;)

Well thank you for clearing that up CM. See how easy it was to answer a simple question.
