Unable to auto download maps

Unable to auto download maps.. I tried manually installing them too and it isnt working.  Upon logging into a map I do have I dont have any of my skins?  :eek:

Tried all of that :(

When i went in with the empty skin file and clicked autodownload, nothing happened after waiting 10 minutes.  Something isnt right.  :uhoh
