Many people have trouble adjusting to the new UI. I have never bothered with these tweaks as the new UI bothered me for the first 10 minutes then I got used to it.

Exactly i got used within a day ..true somethime when u want things fast i noticed i wanted to do old style things. I also work more and more with my IE10 wich is really different but quite clever. There is no way back in my eyes.

I'm actually hoping win8 would get very widely adopted in business only because it ships with IE10 and HTML5 support.

It is also a very nice combination with WindowsPhone especially the Nokia also with Office installed it would be a better buisness Phone as the new Black Berry Z10. Within 2 years they even got more Apps. W8 got a bigger plan.
