Scenario Achievement

Pyro kicked it to the Scenario CM Team on this one.  I can only imagine that this issue has been discussed among the entire CM Team for the various Special Events.

Adding Special Event Achievements might just increase participation.

I don't think scenarios are a place for achivements.

The goal of scenario is not about one person but the collective of the team. If the achievements are team based ie team takes an assigned objective or squad gets an ace status ( all get it due to he effort of his team keeping him alive). Not any that are based on an individual. My 2 cents

Sometimes achievements can be a personal thing, as well. For Example, being a CO, XO, of the event including subordinate levels of GL (Group leader) or FL (Flight leader). A leadership role shows someone took the time and made the effort to go that extra mile in the event.

I can speak from experience. The winning of a frame or the overall event might also be a consideration.
Many times, the same folk lead because it is part of their makeup. They are leaders in other ways. Of course, being familiar with how things work in the scenario world is as important.

Maybe add achievement designations for things that are strictly major accomplishments only. Sinking the carrier or a ship of importance. Capturing a field.
As previously implied, winning the frame or event, may increase if more than one apply. eg. sunk carrier / Event Winning team. As simple as I may have tried to make it, setting up the event is extremely complicated.
Remember, as AH improves and grows with it's "features and benefits", the settings for wind, weather, ammo, hardness.... and then to compound it with achievements, might be over the top.
