He has been talking allot of trash about my family 
making rude comments to everyone in the DA

It's DozyDuck, TopGun, TopCat, GunDog, Rufio, and a very long list of other names (he changes just about every month). He's been creeping around the flight sim community for about ten years. Logs into the DA with two accounts, one in CM view mode, the other in a Tempest. This way he can find anyone precisely regardless of plane, skin, alt, etc. and just griefs and trolls. Basically forces you out of the arena. I recently reported him (again) but Skuzzy says there's nothing they can do because he isn't technically breaking any rules (although apparently the use of the second account is considered gaming the game).
Skuzzy would be interested in film to investigate the second account abuse.
Regarding the verbal abuse Tracerfi, that's part of his gameplan, just report & squelch him.
