Army of Darkness.

If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

Not sure how "low budget" it is, but I'm a big fan of "The Boys of Company C"

Try "Die Bruecke", old German B&W post-war film. IIRC it's on youtube in its entirety, with subtitles.

What was the name of the army movie where a tank runs over Jack Palances' arm?

Btw.....Kelly's Heroes only cost 4 million to make and was filmed in Yugoslavia.
Darn good movie, but only grossed 5.2 million in the US.
Everything is funny as long as it is happening to somebody else.

The Movie name was "Attack"..

Sometimes the box office means nothing.. Kelly's Heroes is a classic for all time, that means more than money!
I trust you agree!

Ya I was wondering about that,I've seen it a couple of times and always thought the title was "the Beast". I've recommended it to a couple of friends as it's a great character study.

Of course the use of hydraulic fluid in the movie is a bit much..... :devil

"Platoon Leader" was low budget I think.

Good movie based on the book.

Well, sir, the roadwheel's cracked. Kaminski drank our brakes. We're low on petrol. The battery's low. We're losing oil. If the engine heats up it's gonna seize. The terrain, obviously against us. We have no rations. The Mujas behind us don't seem to run on rations, petrol, or anything we know of. And they have an RPG. Their aim is getting better. Sir.
